Job Description
Prime Qualification:- Bengali Cuisine Cook - minimum of 5 years work experience
Key Skills: chef, sous chef, assistant chef/cook, cook, cooking, Bengali cook, kitchen chef, hotel, hotel management, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Relevant experience in Food Preparation and service.
• Prior experience of cooking for large number of persons (200-500)
• Prior experience of working with corporate canteens, hostel, banquets or cloud kitchen
• Be able to follow directions, be responsible and conscientious.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation, cooking and serving of meals on time.
• Maintain the kitchen and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Wearing appropriate attire will work in the kitchen.
