Key Responsibilities:
• Food Preparation :
• Cutting, chopping, and preparing ingredients.
• Measuring ingredients for recipes.
• Marinating, seasoning, or otherwise preparing ingredients according to recipes.
• Cooking :
• Cooking dishes using a variety of methods (e.g., grilling, baking, sauteing, frying).
• Ensuring food is cooked to the proper temperature and presentation standards.
• Managing multiple orders simultaneously to ensure dishes are prepared and served on time.
• Maintaining Cleanliness :
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organized, including washing utensils, cookware, and equipment.
• Ensuring food is stored properly to maintain hygiene and prevent spoilage.
• Adhering to food safety standards, including proper handling of food to avoid contamination.
• Menu and Recipe Management :
• Following recipes and sometimes adjusting based on availability of ingredients or customer requests.
• Assisting with menu planning or updating seasonal offerings
