• Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent. Experience in Kitchen operations
would be an advantage.
• Experience: Min 05+ year experience
o Main Kitchen: Expertise in Arabic cuisine, including traditional dishes, spices, and
preparation techniques.
o Female Kitchen: Proficiency in baking and pastry creation, with a focus on breads,
desserts, baked goods and breakfast items.
o Staff Kitchen: Experience in Indian cuisine, with a deep understanding of regional
flavors, spices, and cooking methods.
• Languages:
o can read and write: English,
o can speak & understand: Hindi,
o can speak & understand (optional): Arabic.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Kitchen Management:
• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation,
and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety
• Ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service.
2. Food Preparation and Cooking:
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to desired standards.
• Develop new recipes and menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients.
• Ensure all food is cooked to perfection and presented as per desired standards.
• Prepare food in other kitchens as needed, in case of absence or high work load.
3. Health and Safety Compliance:
• Maintain daily cleanliness schedules.
• Ensure compliance with weekly/ monthly deep cleaning schedule.
4. Dietary Preferences
• Understand dietary preferences of household members and ensure food has been prepared accordingly.
5. Menu Development:

• Plan weekly menu in advance (take approval from household)
• Submit requirements for fresh buying in advance to Kitchen Supervisor
• Plan and prepare special menu items for events and promotions.
6. Household Event Management
• Plan menu in advance for events planned at household.
• Ensure the venue is arranged with all cooking equipment and utensils.
• Ensure guests preferences are being taken care of while cooking and serving
