: We are seeking talented Chefs specializing in Chinese cuisine, Bengali cuisine, and North Indian cuisine to join our team. Each chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic dishes from their respective specialty and ensuring high-quality culinary standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Chinese/Bengali/North Indian cuisine as per restaurant standards.
• Develop and enhance recipes to maintain quality and consistency.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chinese Specialty Chef/Bengali Cuisine Chef/North Indian Specialty Chef.
• Expertise in traditional cooking techniques and ingredients relevant to Chinese/Bengali/North Indian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
