- Cook a variety of Chinese dishes (e.g., stir-fries, noodle dishes, soups)
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Follow recipes and presentation standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients
Typical requirements:
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in Chinese cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Food safety certification
