? Ensure food is prepared in line with standard cyclic menu and KOT
? Preparation lists are completed in a timely manner
? On time delivery of food to the patients and customers
? Mise - en place to be completed as outlined in the Kitchen Order Ticket
? Product knowledge of all items on all current menus within areas worked.
? Report any shortages in stock to appropriate supervisors
? Maintain personal hygiene at all times
? Maintain a clean workstation at all times
? Contribute to effective teamwork
? Adhere to the staff guidelines as per the Organization Standards
? All the procedures are followed and in line with Standards
? Quality of the food
? Feedback about the taste of the food
