The Indian House, renowned for its exquisite blend of Indian and Chinese culinary delights, is seeking a skilled and creative Chef specializing in both cuisines. As a Chef at The Indian House , you will be responsible for crafting and executing a diverse menu that highlights authentic Indian and Chinese flavors, ensuring exceptional taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from Indian and Chinese cuisines, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.

• Develop innovative recipes while maintaining authenticity and quality standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling of kitchen operations.
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain sufficient inventory.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian and Chinese cuisine.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian and Chinese culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation.
