Summary: We're seeking an experienced Cook/Chef who can prepare a wide range of tasty and high-quality dishes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, preferably with a degree in Hotel Management or equivalent experience. If you're a skilled cook with a passion for creating delicious food, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options
• Develop new recipes and menus to keep our offerings fresh and exciting
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
• Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Cook/Chef in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or cloud kitchen
• Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of food production, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent culinary skills, with the ability to prepare a wide range of dishes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a cloud kitchen or food delivery startup
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Certification in food safety or a related field
• Experience with menu engineering and cost control

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
