• Dietary Accommodation : Collaborate with the F&B head to plan and incorporate menu suggestions that meet residents' dietary requirements.
• Food Safety and Hygiene : Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Kitchen Management : Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring efficient meal service.
• Staff Supervision : Supervise and monitor kitchen assistants, ensuring proper food preparation techniques are followed and maintaining a smooth workflow.
