Preferred Vegetarian Chef

• Meal Planning and Preparation : Plan and prepare balanced, nutritious vegetarian meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of elderly residents.
• Dietary Accommodation : Collaborate with the F&B head to plan and incorporate menu suggestions that meet residents' dietary requirements.
• Food Safety and Hygiene : Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Kitchen Management : Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring efficient meal service.
• Staff Supervision : Supervise and monitor kitchen assistants, ensuring proper food preparation techniques are followed and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Rotational shift

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

• Chef: 3 years (Required)
