KEY RESULT AREA- \xef\x82\xb7 Responsibilities for Commis II - Chinese & Tandoor \xef\x82\xb7 Accurately measuring food preparation ingredients \xef\x82\xb7 Preparing food ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare mise en place. Cook food with speed and accuracy according to established Company recipes and presentation. \xef\x82\xb7 Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality. \xef\x82\xb7 Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain cleanliness of all utensils and equipment in their assigned section. \xef\x82\xb7 Cleans and sanitizes work areas including refrigerators, working counters, and portable food equipment and has the ability to report any defect on equipment being used. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 16,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
