Takes care of daily food preparation to meet the standard and the quality.
Follows the instructions & complete the daily tasks.
Coordinates daily tasks with the CDP.
Able to estimate the daily cooking needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food.
Ensure that the cooking and presentation of food is highest quality at all times.
Knowledge of all food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
Awareness of all menu items, methods of cooking and presentation.
Ensure effective communication between staff and friendly working environment.
Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
Carry out any other duties as required by management.
