The workshop is designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of participants and will be held across various locations.#### Key Responsibilities:- Conduct training sessions as per the RPL program guidelines.- Assess and evaluate participants\' skills and provide constructive feedback.- Ensure all training materials and resources are used effectively.- Maintain attendance and performance records of participants.- Address any queries or concerns from participants during the workshop.- Adhere to the workshop schedule and ensure timely completion of all sessions.#### Requirements:- Certification as a Supervisor Decorative Painter.- Proven minimum 2 years of experience in training or supervising in the painting and coating industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to engage and motivate participants.- Knowledge of the latest techniques and best practices in decorative painting.- Willingness to travel to the specified locations.#### How to Apply:Interested candidates are requested to send their updated resume, certification details, and a brief cover letter to talent.acq@innovision.co.in by 21 July 2024.
