Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Cook to manage the preparation of daily meals for 20-40 people at our construction site. The role requires the cook to prepare three meals daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) , along with additional tea and refreshments as required. The position is based on-site , and food and accommodation will be provided. The cook will also be assisted by a helper who will be responsible for cleaning, cutting vegetables, and aiding in meal preparation.

Responsibilities

Meal Preparation :

• Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 20-40 people daily, ensuring variety and nutritional balance.
• Prepare tea and refreshments as per the schedule.
• Supervise the helper for tasks such as cleaning, cutting vegetables, and meal preparation.
• Ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery of meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area.
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of ingredients and groceries, and report requirements to the site supervisor in a timely manner.
• Stay at the construction site for the duration of employment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?30,279.33 per month
