Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook food items according to menu specifications and recipes.
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner, meeting quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including food storage, sanitation, and hygiene.
• Stock and maintain kitchen supplies, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Assist in menu planning and suggest new recipes or improvements.
• Monitor food inventory and report any shortages or equipment issues
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food.
