Position : Commis / Cook Helper
Department : Kitchen
Reports to : Chef de Partie / Head Chef
Key Responsibilities :
• Food Preparation :
• Assist in cutting, chopping, peeling, and other basic food preparation tasks.
• Prepare ingredients as instructed by senior chefs.
• Cooking Support :
• Follow instructions to assist in cooking dishes according to recipes.
• Ensure proper portioning and plating under supervision.
• Kitchen Maintenance :
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Stock Management :
• Help with receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
• Ensure ingredients are properly labeled and stored.
• Team Assistance :
• Support chefs during busy hours.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?19,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
