• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Ensure that all food products are handled, stored, and prepared safely and in accordance with food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items, cleaning of equipment, and regular sanitation of work surfaces.
• Assist in the development of new menu items and recipes, as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
