• Planning, preparing and cooking meals to meet customer expectations and maintain their employer's reputation.
• Maintaining a high quality of service while often preparing numerous meals in short periods.
• Ensuring sanitary food handling and storage.
• Maintaining an efficient and organised kitchen.
• Preparing ingredients, processing customer orders, producing meals and cleaning their workspace throughout the day to follow health and safety guidelines3.
• Preparing and measuring out ingredients according to recipes, plating meals and maintaining condiments and foodstuff.
