Position : Cook Assistant

Location : 4/1 Middleton Street, Park Street, Sikkim commercial House

Working Hours : 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM

Job Summary :

A Cook Assistant helps prepare food by cutting ingredients, measuring and cooking simple dishes. They keep the kitchen clean, organized, and follow safety rules. The job needs good teamwork, attention to detail and the ability to work quickly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Help with food prep (cutting, chopping, measuring).
• Cook simple dishes under supervision.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist in storing ingredients properly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene rules.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy times.

Requirements :

• Basic knowledge of food preparation
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to cleanliness and food safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen tasks
• Prior kitchen experience (preferred but not always required)
