The CIO role for the Global Capability Center (GCC) involves leading the IT strategy and operations to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization. The position requires a strong focus on building and scaling the IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with global operations, and fostering technological advancements to support business growth.Developing and Executing IT Strategy: Leading the formulation and implementation of comprehensive IT strategies that align with the organization\'s goals and support its global operations.

• Overseeing IT Infrastructure and Operations: Managing and optimizing the IT infrastructure, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure systems that meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Driving Digital Transformation: Spearheading digital initiatives to enhance efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to integrate IT solutions with business strategies, ensuring seamless support for the organization\'s objectives.
• Ensuring Compliance and Security: Maintaining high standards of IT governance, compliance, and cybersecurity to protect the organization\'s data and assets in a global context.
