SocialPilot is looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst to join our team. You will build meaningful SaaS products in the Martech space that the customers love. You will be part of a highly collaborative group of creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional product teams, including UX and UI designers, product managers, engineers, customer success managers, and marketing managers.This role is full-time, Ahmedabad India, and might require occasional domestic and international travel.What you will do

• Conduct quantitative, qualitative, technical, competitive, and heuristic analyses to analyze user behavior and optimization opportunities
• Generate hypotheses and reports that identify conversion trends, opportunities for optimization, and data-driven recommendations.
• Continuously monitor and optimize user journeys to improve the overall user experience and conversions.
• Come up with A/B testing, split testing, and other CRO ideas to increase conversion rates.
• Create and Maintain records of experiments performed, including hypotheses, test variations, results, and key takeaways.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, copywriting) to implement optimization experiments.
• Have an understanding of the SAAS industry in CRO methodologies and User Journey.

What are you like

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Must be Data Driven and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel and GSheets.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Clarity, or related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a data-oriented approach.
