Enterprise Client is looking for Experienced Dialoug Writer.



Job Overview: The Conversation Designer / Dialogue Writer will be responsible for creating a diverse and realistic dataset of conversations between hiring managers and the AI chatbot. These conversations will encompass various scenarios, tones, and complexities to accurately capture real-world user behavior.



Key Responsibilities:



Design and Write Dialogues:

• Create a wide range of conversation scripts that reflect natural interactions between hiring managers and the chatbot.
• Ensure conversations cover various scenarios, including different tones, complexities, and user intents.
• Include supplied metadata in each conversation to provide context and improve the AI's understanding and performance.


Understand User Intent:

• Analyze the needs and intents of hiring managers to create dialogues that address common queries and interactions.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve conversation scripts.


Quality Assurance:

• Review and edit conversation scripts to maintain consistency, accuracy, and appropriateness.
• Dialogues will be tested in AI simulations to ensure they produce the desired outcomes.







Qualifications

Writing Skills:

• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to write in different tones and styles to match various personas and scenarios.


Linguistic Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and linguistic nuances.
• Ability to create dialogues that are engaging and grammatically correct.


Analytical Skills:

• Ability to analyze user interactions and data to inform dialogue creation.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address conversational challenges.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts related to NLP.
• Background in linguistics or a related field.
