• Responsible for preparation/analysis of Actuals, Forecasting, allocation of costs at EU level
• Support in the budgeting process and preparation of slides for various presentations for local management, Country management and Headquarters.
• Interaction with the Leadership team and hands on experience in preparing PPTs.
• Manage interfaces with Business Units, as well as Corporate Support Function teams (e.g., Taxes, Accounting, Reporting and GBS)
• Responsible for preparation of working capital/OWC to ensure correctness and transparency in the books of accounts.
• Analysis of personnel cost depending on business requirements.
• Support the internal control guidelines implementation and requirements and ensure a smooth ICFR process (testing, audits, remediations)
• Support in delivering high quality information (related to financials and other KPIs) to senior management to support decision making and to various other stakeholders (e.g. corporate functions/auditors/HQ) in a timely manner.
• Support in preparation of Business review meetings with the Business Heads, EU management and Country management.
• Coordination with the external and internal auditors for financial audits, tax audits quarterly.
• Support in special projects in SE controlling and EU level.

• B Com and CA with 6-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience/ MBA with 8-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience.
• Working level knowledge in accounting and finance concepts
• Hands on experience with SAP, Excel, Powerpoint
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Keen to learn, explore and innovate with reporting/automation (Power BI, Tableau etc.)
