Responsible for Accounting, Reporting, Closing and other commercial aspects of Repair Shop, Training Centre, Dry Gas Repair Facility, and Field Service OperationsHow You'll Make an Impact / Responsibilities

  • CAPEX management:
  • Tracking of CAPEX Spend
  • Managing Construction Work in Progress (CWIP)
  • Overseeing Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities related to CAPEX
  • Capitalization of assets
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Coordinate the monthly financial closing and ensure that the reporting requirements are fulfilled.
  • Perform regular critical reviews of the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements.
  • Advise the Operating Business on accounting issues and special transactions.
  • Provide support and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners like local management, headquarters, auditors and other groups.
  • Support the implementation of new business specific accounting standards.
  • Perform and implement controls inline to Risk and Internal Control guidelines.
  • Support and assist in different projects like process improvements within the accounting area, Service Regionalisation initiatives on localisation of parts at Naroda
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and control costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost management strategies.
  • Monitor and manage global cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  • Be responsible for international accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Optimize working capital and manage debt levels across different regions.
  • Collaborate with various groups to provide financial insights and support for business initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management.
  • Provide support and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners, including local management, headquarters, auditors, and other groups.
What You Bring / Skills, Capabilities
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance
Experience:
  • At least 4 to 5 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or a similar field.
  • Demonstrable experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Good knowledge of the SAP system and proficiency in PowerBI, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific financial practices and regulations is a plus.
  • Ready to work in different time zones and adapt to various schedules as needed.
