If youre looking for a challenge and meaningful role, youre in the right place.About you and this roleAs a Controllers Coordinator, we are looking for a Bank and Treasury Associate responsible to ensure accounting activity recorded within the Companys records are accurate and complete. Should work with different departments of Dow to clear the reconciling items in cash/bank accounts. A desired candidate should possess in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in accounting and basic knowledge of related finance disciplines to perform the range of task under limited supervision. This role will report to Bank and Treasury Accounting Leader.Responsibilities

• Check that bank statement movements are properly loaded to SAP each day
• Monitor clearing accounts and clear open items daily
• Follow up with respective teams e.g. Treasury, Apay, Payroll, Tax to get the offset entries. Reconcile bank accounts
• Match SAP loan balances with supporting system. Match intercompany loan balance with counterparty. Booking of month end reclass & bank overdraft
• Perform month-end activities including blackline reconciliation.

QualificationsA minimum of a bachelors degree in commerce with 2-3 years of relevant experience.Preferred Skills

• Proficient in MS-Office skills (especially Excel)
• Working experience in ERP (SAP finance - financial accounting module is plus)
• Experience with Blackline Reconciliations Tool is a plus
• Team player with good communication skills
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills
