Position Name - Control Tower Leader

Location - Bangalore (on-site)

Experience Range - 5 years+

Mandatory Requirement:

Skilled at administering supply chain function entailing Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment operations (inbound, warehousing, outbound), Control Tower, Consulting, Customer Experience (order-to-invoice, customer relationship, service strategy), Process Excellence.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Monitor Last Mile, mid mile, Operations and identify improvement opportunities.

2. Capacity Planning for the hubs, coordinating with the Planning team and ground Operations.

3. Planning, forecasting and operation control through process monitoring.

4. Work closely with Operations, Planning, Design, customer experience team, Central Ops to ensure smooth delivery operations on a day-to-day basis.

5. Track and drive for continuous improvement across all defined Goals/KPI/metrics.

6. Periodic and on time publication of performance data visibility.

7. Deep dive into key areas to identify areas of improvement.

8. Gather data and analyze data to arrive at actionable insights.

9. Build a culture of ownership and empowerment within the Team.

10. Develop, mentor and motivate the team for better efficiency and best results.

11. Drive key metrics like Breach, cancellation, RTO and NPS with Supply chain, Category and Product and Design teams.

12. Monitor order flow, functional breaches, breach risks and rider efficiency.

13. Daily Sync up with ground ops team with first cut RCA for the scorecard metrics.

14. Ad-hoc breakdowns/disruptions to be managed and also escalated to respective stakeholders.

15. Do deep dives on recurring issues and bring a systematic closure to those issues.

16. Process review and improvement in all function areas where CT interacts.

Qualification and Experience:

1. Master\'s or equivalent degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations.

2. Expert in data analytics practice and deciding best-fit commercial.
