Control M Support Analyst
Position Summary
The Worker will be required to perform highly complex (senior-level) Control-M administration and scheduling computer systems analysis work. The Worker will maintain and run the Control-M and Control-M Enterprise Manager software that supports the automated batch scheduling for NCR Atleos Datacenter. This includes installing, upgrading, configuring, maintaining and controlling the Information Assurance (IA) posture of the Control M infrastructure. The Worker must analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing job flows and schedules systems.
Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited to:• Assist team in providing operation and application support services for production and non-production batch-job scheduling including installing software, mitigating vulnerabilities, resolving issues, addressing tickets, and managing batch job scheduling request.
• Assist team in supporting batch job scheduling primarily utilizing Control- M Software, in addition to performing job scheduling when required for application and database backups.
• Provide job scheduling and coordination support for functional and development teams including the optimization of batch stream and issue resolution for job failures.
• Monitor and analyze job schedules and consult with appropriate functional, application development, and technical staffs as needed to support job schedule changes or updates.
• Perform enterprise scheduling and analysis utilizing Control-M software.
• Monitor and analyze job schedules, and consult with appropriate functional, programming, and technical staff to optimize them.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and propose recommendations for their elimination and make recommendations for system improvements that will result in optimization of development and/or maintenance efforts.
• Assist with proposal development, if necessary.


COMMUNICATION SKILLS:• High proficiency in English grammar, vocabulary and sentence structure.
• Good business communication skills (e-mail)


ROTATIONAL SHIFTS• We are 24X5 operations and candidate should be ready to work on rotational shifts.
