Numbertree is hiring for Contracts Engineer( Building Projects) Profile . Please find below the job description:-

Experience: 05 - 8 Years

Qualification : B.Tech /B.E Civil

Exposure in Building Project only

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore

Good Communication Skill (Reading, Writing & Spoken)

Job Responsibilities/Key Responsibility Areas:

• Preparing Contracting strategies as per Tender Estimate Schedule & real time site requirements.
• Preparing tender documents, engaging with bidders, & discussing on techno-commercial grounds
• Engaging in pre-& post contracts, Contracts administration & tacking of awarded contracts
• Assist various inter department/disciplines in various contractual matters and clarify the requirements.
• Preparation of Various Management reports Monthly and Quarterly basis.
• Review of Client/Sub-contractors Bill
• Preparation of Monthly cash flow and weekly payment schedules.
• Participated in the preparation of proposals and negotiation meetings.
• Preparing comparisons statement of Schedule Items for the B.O.Q & Tender.
• Planning & Monitoring of Sub-Contractors daily activity to achieve the targeted progress
• Physical measurement of quantities and construction materials at construction sites.
