What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Director, Legal Support, the Contracts Administrator will be a member of the global, Circana in-house legal team. The Contracts Administrator will provide contract management and contract administration support, by managing the firm's contract repositories, managing the tracking and reporting of data, relating to the firm's contracts, and assisting with data input.
Job Responsibilities
• Input contracts into internal databases.
• Manage/curate contracts in the internal databases to ensure completeness.
• Support contract management teams across projects, accounts, and various workflows.
• Provide recurring standard and unique ad-hoc reports on the contracts in the internal databases.
• Assist others on the global legal team with other contracts-related needs, as necessary.
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree with 1-4 years of relevant contract administration experience.
• Comfort with legal technology solutions, including contracts management databases.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Schedule flexibility and comfort with working on global timelines.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks of high volumes with high quality output.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, escalating issues with urgency when needed.
