The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. As a Senior Resource, you will be responsible for leading and managing SAP FICO projects, providing expert guidance to the team, and ensuring the successful implementation and support of SAP FICO solutions.Responsibilities: * Lead and manage SAP FICO projects, including project planning, requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.

• Provide expert guidance and support to the team in the areas of SAP FICO configuration, customization, and integration with other modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend best practices for the implementation of SAP FICO solutions.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to educate end-users on SAP FICO functionalities and processes.
• Perform system and integration testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure the quality and integrity of SAP FICO solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends, technologies, and industry best practices and apply them to enhance existing processes and optimize system performance.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FICO systems, including handling user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and implementing system enhancements and upgrades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external consultants, to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver SAP FICO projects within agreed timelines and budget.

Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Extensive experience (X+ years) working with SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Financial Reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles, along with the ability to translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, master data setup, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and manage SAP FICO projects effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP FICO certification is a plus.
