• Provide product support to customers via the telephone and/or Internet (e.g., instant message, email)
• Application/Infrastructure/Database monitoring
• Assess nature of product or service issues and resolve support problems.
• Maintain lo
• g of product issues and conveys customer feedback to product development staff

Skills \xe2\x80\x93

• Excellent communication skills
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Application/Infrastructure/Database monitoring would be an added advantage.

• Conversion as an FTE depending upon performance and the business within 6 months to 1 year with a package of 4 to 4.5 LPA (which happens in 99% cases)

Shifts - Ready to work in US shifts in 24x7 operational Support environment for 5 days in a week via work from office.
