Job Description

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of operational excellence.

Your Role

You will be a key member of the distribution team supporting the efficient operation of our distribution business in order to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives.

Your Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7

To work closely with warehouse teams, ensuring an efficient handover of products + accurate process adherence with a high focus on safety.
\xef\x82\xb7 To assist in achieving our key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management, productivity, customer service + profit.
\xef\x82\xb7 To deliver against our customer + operational KPI.
\xef\x82\xb7 To support all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence; collaborating with others as required.
\xef\x82\xb7 To actively support new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times, ensuring you meet or exceed productivity targets.
\xef\x82\xb7 To contribute information when required for reporting + performance management.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Approx. 5 years of working experience in a similar position.
• Post graduate from a recognized university in Supply Chain.
• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset\xe2\x80\x93 sense of urgency and proactive communication.
• Experience of handling key accounts customer would be an added advantage.
