Job Profile: Engineer (Contracts)
Key Responsibilities:

Contract-related communications such as Extension of Time, Change of Scope, Project Completion Certificates, Land Acquisition, Settlement Agreements, etc. for HAM and EPC Agreements.
Assisting and providing inputs for dispute-related activities such as conciliations and arbitrations.
Should be an immediate joiner.
Willing to work at Ahmedabad location near ISKON Temple.
Should have experience in Any Infrastructure Development Company.

Education: Diploma Civil / BE Civil
Candidates Profile:

Interpret and manage Contractual stipulations/provisions of HAM and EPC Agreements.
Contract Litigation.
