Job Title: Contract Enablement Corporate Title: AVP Location: Jaipur Role Description Within Global Procurement, Sourcing & Buying Operations (SBO) is part of Deutsche Bank?s Procurement & Travel Operations (PTO) organization. We support the end-to-end Procurement process and are directly responsible for connecting the company?s transactional procurement activities with strategic procurement. This includes the following: Stakeholder Management, Contract Enablement Services, Buying Assistance, Spend Compliance, and Consumption Management. SBO provides PTO process subject matter expertise to Strategic Procurement as a part of the Category Operations Team. This team will ensure that contracts negotiated by Strategic Procurement can be on-boarded and processed through one of the bank?s approved purchasing channels. Your key responsibilities
Work on contract lifecycle management including Creation, amendments and closure.
Provide support on behalf of Procurement Operations certain commodities and act as an interface and liaison into Strategic Procurement
Review operational aspects of vendor contracts to ensure standard terms and conditions are included such as purchase order, invoicing and dispute resolution processes.
Support various projects with operational impact including implementation of new buying channels.
Influence category KPI?s such as Purchase Order Compliance, spend against contract, Buying Channel Adherence, and other category health KPIs for a certain set of spend categories.
Work with Strategic Procurement to improve such KPI?s.
Support Buying Channel selection, as defined by catalog strategy and respective Category Manager(s), which is vital to driving a more compliant organization.
Participate in process improvement based on targets, best practices and outcome of KPIs and audits.
Improve and promote SBO value adds across the bank to increase DB?s acting as the liaison between Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Operations
Work with our internal Operational Insights team to identify opportunities to increase Procurement Enabled Value (PEV)
Your skills and experience Skills You?ll Need
Stakeholder management experience in a mid to large-scale company with global reach
Procurement Operations experience and procurement process optimization are a plus.
Knowledge in commercial management or vendor/contract management in the financial industry
Experience in building strong productive relationships with key stakeholders.
Understand Contract lifecycle and PR controls.
Strong organizational and Communication skills to create a good network to drive change.
