Candidate should be able to handle multiple database at a time, must have excellent data analytical skills to draw inferences and should be able to handle end-to-end Transactions, MIS & reporting independently3. Candidate should have decent written & verbal communication skills. Should be able to draft & send email responses to respective leaders with minimal supervisionRoles & Responsibilities1) Will be responsible for executing transactional quality checks & ensuring adherence to TAT & accuracy as per agreed SLAs.2) Will be responsible for data analytics & publishing dashboards as per business requirement3) Will be responsible to generate ideas for continuous process improvement as per business requirementQualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• Must have 1-2 yrs. of work experience in handling end-to-end Recruitment Payment related Transaction Management.
• Prior experience working in TAG MIS / Recruitment MIS / Recruitment Vendor / Referral Payment Transaction Management will be an added advantage.
