Job Description

As a ( Contract Associate) you will be joining the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

[Job responsibilities]

• Is accountable for coordination, preparation, and execution of clinical study contracts (PI, site, institution, MSA, local vendors, etc. as applicable) of India in close collaboration with Study Start-Up Managers and Clinical Project Managers in compliance with the company processes, GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
• The role must be responsible for both initial and amendment site contract & budget negotiations.
• Is also accountable for budget planning, analytics and payment execution in India in close collaboration with Study Start-Up Managers, Clinical Project Managers and Contracting Specialists in compliance with the company GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.

[Qualification]

• Must have direct site contract & budget negotiation and site payment experience of 2 years.
• Prefer someone from global pharma/CRO experience
• Must be Mumbai based
• Strong communication skills
