• Design, develop, and maintain applications using relevant programming languages and technologies.
• Ensure applications are robust, scalable, and efficient.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Database Management:
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.
• Design and maintain database schemas, tables, views, and indexes to support application requirements.
• Perform data modeling to ensure the integrity and security of data.

Report Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic and interactive reports and dashboards.
• Utilize reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI) to create insightful data visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure reports meet business needs.

Technical Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and database-related issues.
• Provide support for existing applications and reports, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Implement and maintain best practices for application development and database management.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, database schemas, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including coding standards and version control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Application Developer, Database Developer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.
• Strong knowledge of report development tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI).
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or others relevant to application development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
