Job Title: Contract Analyst Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and methodical Contract Analyst to conduct manual reviews of contracts housed in an online contract repository. The analyst will extract and populate key attributes and metadata fields based on contract language to ensure accuracy. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in understanding contractual terms, and experience working with contract management systems. Key Responsibilities: xe2x80xa2 Manually review and analyze contractual documents stored in the companyxe2x80x99s online repository. xe2x80xa2 Extract key contract attributes (e.g., start date, end date, renewal terms, payment obligations, parties involved, etc.) based on the contract language. xe2x80xa2 Accurately input extracted data into designated fields in the contract management system. xe2x80xa2 Ensure consistency and accuracy in data population according to predefined templates and company standards. xe2x80xa2 Identify and flag discrepancies, ambiguities, or missing information for resolution. xe2x80xa2 Collaborate with legal to clarify contract terms or confirm details when necessary. xe2x80xa2 Maintain the integrity of the online contract repository by adhering to data entry and document management best practices. Qualifications: xe2x80xa2 Education: LLB or LLM graduates xe2x80xa2 Experience: o 1 xe2x80x93 2 years proven experience in contract review, analysis, and data entry. o Familiarity with legal terminology and contractual language. o Experience working with contract management software or online repositories. xe2x80xa2 Skills: o Proficiency working in a contract management system. o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. o Excellent data entry skills. o Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. o Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). o Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.If interested please send cv on gareema.awasthi@cielhr.com.
