Priorities
Responsible for Contract renewals and modifications. Coordinating the regional team in order to optimize overall performance.
To ensure Commercial and legal review of Contract and clarification.
Derisking of Commercial terms and conditions of CS contracts. Enagaging with legal for risk mitigation.
Ensures adherance to various Guidelines & Policies (Equip Shifting, Due Date adherance, Credit rating based offerings etc) in order to protect the business interests and reputation
Monitoring of contract / order cost and proftability and internal Credit Notes.
Commercial support to Regional CS Team
Contract profitability analysis with Service Marketing to facilitate new contract acquisition/ renewals.
Generating the performance Dashboard for major CS KPI\'s.
Continuously enhance knowledge and competence of the team by taking identified training programs relevant to them.
