Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a variety of legal documents including letters, contracts, RFPs, Non-disclosure Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work and other agreements across various functional areas such as information technology, finance, HR, and administration.
Supports the management of activities around the contract lifecycle to ensure accurate and timely completion of contractual tasks.
Facilitates the daily operations and workflow of the commercial/contract team and facilitates logistics, such as meetings and reviews.
Maintains master files and databases on bid responses, contract issues and renewals, ensuring resources are available to all team members.
Prepares reports and assists in development of presentations, creating and distributing documents to relevant parties.
Review, understand, and manage customer contract(s). Drive the contract lifecycle process from initial drafting to negotiation completion and execution, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards.
Support the resolution of issues linked to contractual / process issues. Help identify, assess and manage contractual risk as part of the bid team.
Interpret contracts and provide guidance to relevant managers on their contractual obligations and responsibilities.
Stay updated on legislative changes and provide advice on related matters to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications: Who you are
Bachelor\'s degree or three or more years of relevant work experience in business or legal
Sound experience of contract Administration in telecommunications or IT company
Strong understanding of contract negotiation/administration experience
Should have knowledge of contract principles and contract administration.
Open to work with and understand cross-cultures and locations throughout the SITA global organization.
Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations and principles, subcontracting practices; and commercial contracting terms and conditions
