We are driven by over 1000 professionals in Technology, Research & Analysis and Marketing shared services.Job Title: Continuous Improvement LeaderLocation - Pune (Kharadi)About the Role:You are a Continuous Improvement professional with a minimum of 12-17 years of experience in leading and implementing global projects. You have driven large-scale independent Black Belt Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation projects across geographies. You have experience and knowledge of working in an international setting across time zones. You value self-dependency and reliability as much as we do and appreciate working in the diverse culture of a global company.Role Responsibilities:You would be responsible for executing global strategic improvement initiatives/projects that drive organizational growth, enhance workforce capability, and demonstrate breakthrough & continual improvements.Articulate client value proposition to drive high-value outcomes for their businesses.Collaborate with senior executive stakeholders (VP/EVPs) to identify, initiate, and steer projects towards successful outcomes.Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve the process through structured methodologies.Motivate and lead large cross-sections of the organization through the CI journey.Experience, Skills & Qualifications::1. Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer/ IT engineering, or a comparable degree program2. Mandatory Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification3. Mandatory high-level exposure to RPA, Process Mining & other emerging technologies, and the ability to drive digital transformation projects effectively4. Excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large-scale improvement projects.5. A Thought leader with knowledge of the latest continuous improvement practices and industry trends with strong business & financial acumenWhat we would appreciate:1.
