• \xe2\x80\xa2 Leading and focusing on orchestrating regular CCL workshops to generate new initiatives.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for Project Initiation, timely and flawless execution of CCL projects (speed).
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct VAVE, product benchmarking, and teardown workshop to identify potential cost saving improvements.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate alternative designs to maintain performance while reducing cost and weight.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish costing models for key products and components to enable directional decision making thereby cost improvement.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepares reports to illustrate and track cost improvement for all product groups and prepares relevant financial reports on results.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 This role will work closely with all departments within the organization (Engineering, Supply Chain, Modernization, Order Fulfillment, etc) to execute a portfolio of initiatives to drive continuous cost leadership across the products produced in the factory operations.

Your Job Profile

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Desired Qualification : Bachelor in engineering/supply chain
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Desired Experience in Years : 12-15 years work experience and 3-4 of complex cosr reduction project management.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferred hands on experience : Ability to work with cross-functional teams, experience in Operations, Material Management, Production Planning, and Logistics
