Job Title: Continental Chef

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Continental Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of European cuisine and a flair for creating innovative dishes that delight our guests. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Menu Development: Create and update the continental menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends while ensuring a balanced offering.
• Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and cooking of continental dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in presentation and flavor.
• Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient operation and adherence to food safety standards.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients, minimizing waste and ensuring the highest quality of products.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor food quality and presentation, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
