Job Description

Job role :

• Preparation of Continental and Italian orders in efficient manner with quality and taste in mind.
• Prepare and maintain SOP of each dish in the Continental and Italian department in consultation with manager.
• Maintain the food cost of the Continental Department within the required limit.
• Take charge of cleanliness and maintaining equipment and kitchen area.

Job requirement:

• Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the Continental Department.
• Candidate should have knowledge about preparation and costing of all major Continental dishes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
