Continental Commis
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1300 SAR + 200 SAR food allowance

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of continental dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times.
• Ensure ingredients and supplies are fresh, properly stored, and adequately stocked.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards to maintain consistency in dishes.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and timely reporting of kitchen needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience as a Commis Chef, preferably in continental cuisine.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Passion for cooking and a keen interest in learning new techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
