Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintaining high standards for quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
Train and mentor cooks, ensuring they understand recipes and cooking techniques.
Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Manage food cost control and inventory.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are met.
