The restaurant is seeking a skilled and passionate Continental CDP (Chef de Partie) with expertise in Mexican cuisine to join our culinary team. • Role : Continental CDP (Chef de Partie) with Mexican Cuisine Experience
• Location : Oshiwara
• Salary : ?30,000 - ?35,000 (inclusive of service charge, tips, food, and accommodation)
Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes with a focus on Continental and authentic Mexican cuisine.
• Assist in menu creation by offering innovative ideas and ensuring alignment with the restaurant's standards.
• Oversee kitchen operations in your section, ensuring timely preparation and consistency.
• Manage food storage and inventory, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain performance and skill standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain a harmonious kitchen environment.
Qualifications and Skills :
• Proven experience as a CDP, particularly in Continental and Mexican cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
