Baari is a restaurant located in Kullu that serves fresh farm-produced ingredients in its dishes. The objective of the restaurant is to provide a aesthetically driven space with wholesome food and cosy atmosphere for people to hang out with friends, partners, and family.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at Baari. The Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to Baari's high standards. The Chef will also be responsible for menu development, ordering supplies, managing the kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in Italian/Continental food preparation and cooking techniques
• Knowledge of ingredients, spices, and flavor profiles
• Ability to create and execute menu ideas
• Understanding of kitchen operations and workflow
• Ability to manage and train kitchen staff
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Certification in culinary arts or a related field is preferred

Perks

• Salary Range: INR 20,000 - INR 25,000
• Food & Accomodation in the pristine mountains of Parvati Valley, Himachal Pradesh
