The role requires coordination with the kitchen staff and adherence to food safety regulations.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook Continental cuisine dishes
• Design and plan menus with a focus on seasonal and fresh ingredients
• Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet established standards
• Supervise and train kitchen staff as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Monitor stock and place orders for supplies when necessary
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines in food preparation
