Position: Continental Chef Commis 1Location: The Shalimar hotel, MumbaiOverview:We are looking for a passionate and skilled Continental Chef Commis 1 to join our culinary team at [Property Name], a premier 4-star lifestyle property. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in continental cuisine and be dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. This role involves assisting the senior chefs in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant operations.Key Responsibilities:Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of a wide range of continental dishes, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation.Ingredient Management: Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available for daily use.
