• The candidate must have experience of 2-3 years as a Commi 1, ( Commi Chef ) in the Continental Cuisine and Desserts Preparing Experience.
• Should be able to produce Basic Sauces, Marinations, Main coruses, and knowledge of Bulk Cooking is a PLUS
• Should be willing to learn New Recipes as well.
• Knowledge of Beverage and Dessert is an ADDED Advantage.
• Food Preparation : Prepare ingredients and execute cooking techniques specific to Continental cuisine and desserts, following standardized recipes and portion sizes. This may include baking, roasting, grilling, sauteing, and other cooking methods.
• Recipe Adherence : Follow recipes and cooking techniques precisely to achieve consistent results and uphold the restaurant's culinary standards.
• Dessert Preparation : Assist in the preparation of desserts, including baking cakes, pastries, and other sweet treats, as well as assembling and plating desserts for service.
• Customer Satisfaction : Contribute to a positive dining experience for guests by consistently delivering well-prepared dishes that meet or exceed their expectations in terms of taste, presentation, and quality.
